Dagny Rask Regan, Oboe

Dagny Rask Regan was born in and lives in NE Portland. She attended Alameda Grade School, Grant High School, and then Oregon State University. She has her Music Education Degree from OSU and teaches the double reeds (oboe and bassoon) privately.

She plays for Columbia Symphony Orchestra, Festival Symphony Orchestra, and the NE Community Wind Band. She has played for the Oregon Symphonic Band, as well as has subbed for the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.

Dagny's husband, Mike Regan, is a middle school band director in Gresham and a professional bass player, and they have a son who also plays the oboe.
